My passion for travel is what sparked the prayer that led to the designing of mystery trips.
Once a trip is booked, the details are packed into a box, and sent to your door.

Where you stay is a huge part of the planning process.
The goal is to find the best, most unique, and price efficient places to stay.Â
Let it be an Airbnb, hotel, or yurt (If that's your thing) - JustGo wants to be sure that your nightly stays are just as majestic as your vacation.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Mystery Experiences
Your activities are handled in two ways!
1) You are given the option to pick as many mystery experiences as you would like to have pre-booked.

2) Anything that is not booked but looks like you will enjoy, will be added to your mystery box as suggested things to do.
​
This is to ensure that you will not miss out on the fun stuff!

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
The price of your trip depends on your budget.
In the survey you will be asked what your budget is and then JustGo works to find something within those parameters.
Filling out the survey is free, however there is a $30 deposit in order to start the planning process. Once the entire trip has been found, you will receive an estimate detailing all of the price points. If you accept that estimate, it will then be turned into an invoice and we can begin booking your trip.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT A MYSTERY BUT I DO WANT A TRIP?
In this case, you will still receive the survey to fill out. There will be a non-refundable deposit of $30 to start the initial planning process. Â
From there, you will have a trip designed according to your survey, which will be emailed to you, along with an estimate of the price points.Â
If you decide that you are ready to book a full trip, you will have a JustGo invoice sent to you of $70.Â
When that is paid, we will work together to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your vacation. You are allowed to change your mind as many times as needed until your trip is fully booked.
WILL I BE SENT OUT OF THE COUNTRY?
It honestly depends! Covid makes things tricky for everyone. If we find something that is too good to pass up and you state on your survey that you are able, then you just might! However, it is not the likliest outcome.
WHAT IF I NEED TO POSTPONE OR CANCEL MY TRIP?
Cancellations and refunds depend on where we are in the planning process and the discretion of the booked parties. For instances, your airline might not allow a refund, but your mystery activity might. You will be given the refund policy for all the bookings before anything is paid.Â
As for JustGo, if the cancelation takes place BEFORE the bookings have been made, you will receive a full refund for everything but the initial deposit.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG ON MY TRIP?
Your JustGo agent will NOTÂ leave you high and dry! You will have someone on call for the entire duration of your trip. If you need anything at all, at any moment, feel free to call your agent and you will receivee a quick response.
